In the 128th chapter of the 15th volume of the manga, several members of Tokyo Manji gang are defeated by Tenjiku, and all of them are clearly unconscious.

Then Shion Madarame got on top of one of them and relentlessly punched his opponent in the face with his brass knuckles.
