In the 8th chapter of the 2nd volume of the manga, Takemichi returns to the future\ and is reunited with Akkun (Atsushi Sendou), who has become one of the executives of Tokyo Manji gang.

There, Akkun confesses, “I pushed you onto the train tracks“.

Takemichi was not supposed to have anything to do with the Tokyo Manji gang until he happened to have a time leap with Naoto.

But in fact, Tetta Kisaki controls the Tokyo Manji gang behind the scenes. And Kisaki is obsessed with Takemichi and Hinata, and is relentlessly trying to kill them.

Akkun is a pawn and a soldier of Kisaki, and as we will see later, he is afraid of Kisaki, so he can’t resist him.

And he even pushes Takemichi off the station platform.

In the end, Akkun commits suicide by jumping from the roof of the building, and is freed from the fear of Kisaki.

In chapter 32-33 of the 4th volume of the manga, Akkun (Atsushi Sendou) rams into Hinata’s car at high speed.

At that time, he was trying to kill Hinata and Takemichi at the same time, but Takemichi was not in Hinata’s car because he went to the bathroom, so Hinata was the only victim.

In this time line, Akkun was living as a hairdresser, not as a executives of Tokyo Manjigang.

The reason why Akkun tried to kill Takemichi and Hinata was because of the fear of Kisaki.

[Tokyo Revengers] Why was Akkun (Atsushi Sendo) afraid of Tetta Kisaki?

We have talked about Akkun’s actions so far.

  • Akkun pushed Takemichi off the railway track.
  • Akkun rammed Hinata’s car and killed her.

All these actions were ordered by Tetta Kisaki, and Akkun couldn’t disobey him because he was afraid of him, so he did these things.

When Akkun committed suicide by jumping off from the building, he was also the executives of Tokyo Manji gang, so that action was because of the fear of Kisaki

But when he ran into Hinata’s car, he was a hairdresser.

Why was Akkun afraid of Kisaki, and why was Kisaki able to control Akkun?

In fact, when Akkun ran into Hinata’s car and died, his wife and child were taken hostage and threatened by Kisaki.

For Kisaki, who controls Tokyo Manji gang, which has become the biggest criminal organization in Japan.

Iit no longer matters whether the person he threatens is a member of Tokyo Manji gang or not, he can use all his information network and human resources to threaten and manipulate any person he wants.

Kisaki knew that Naoto's information. This was also due to Tokyo Manji gang's information network.(C)Ken Wakui/Shueisha

In fact, in the 8th chapter of the 2nd volume of the manga, Akkun looks at Naoto when he should have met him for the first time and says

  • Naoto is a policeman.
  • Naoto is the younger brother of Hinata Tachibana.

He knew that Naoto’s information. This was also due to Tokyo Manji gang’s information network.

An organization as big as Tokyo Manji gang probably has its hands in the police force, and as long as they’re in Japan, they probably won’t be able to escape from Kisaki.

That’s why Akkun couln’t go against Kisaki in any future, he pushed Takemichi off the railway track and even blew himself up by crashing into Hinata’s car.

The root of Kisaki’s motive for going to such lengths to kill Takemichi and Hinata was actually his love affair, and It’s a big nuisance for the people who were involved.

Conclusion of “[Tokyo Revengers] Why did Akkun push Takemichi onto the railway tracks?”

In this article, I explained why Atsushi Sendou, aka Akkun of the Tokyo Revengers, pushed Takemichi off the tracks and rammed Hinata’s car, and why he is afraid of Tetta Kisaki.

Akkun doesn’t have much to do in the world 12 years ago, but in the future he is the one who kills Hinata.
