Valhalla, also known as the “Headless Angels“, is a team that doesn’t actually have a president from the start.

As you can see in the list above, Shuji Hanma is the vice president of the team, and for the time being, Shuji Hanma is the apparent head of the team.

In order to unite a team, it is necessary to have a leader like a president, but in Valhalla, Shuji Hanma has been controlling the team by force.

After Valhalla was defeated by Tokyo Manji gang on “Bloody Halloween“, the members of Valhalla, including the vice president Shuji Hanma, fell under Toman’s umbrella.

As a result, Toman, which had about 150 members at the time, swelled to 450 with the addition of 300 Valhalla members.
