[Tokyo Revengers] Takemichi Hanagaki’s near death scene! He was about to die many times!

As you can see from the list above, Takemichi encounters a number of situations in which he could have died.

Let’s take a closer look at some of the scenes in which Takemichi actually almost died.

Takemichi carried Draken, who was stabbed in the battle of 8/3, on his back and is on his way to the hospital when Kiyomasa and his allies found him.

In the 25th chapter of the 4th volume of the manga, Takemichi tries to get revenge for the first time since “underground fighting”.

But Kiyomasa has already stabbed Draken, so he is not afraid of stabbing people with a dagger, and Takemichi is pierced in the left hand.

If Takemichi hadn’t taken his left hand out reflexively, he could have been stabbed in the face or neck.

By the way, Takemichi pulled out the dagger from his left hand and brought the fight to bare hands, and won by dropping Kiyomasa with a choke sleeper.

When Takemichi returns to the future after surviving “Bloody Halloween”, he finds that he has become one of the major leaders of Tokyo Manji gang.

Then, in the 73rd-74th chapter of the 9th volume of the manga, he was tricked and restrained by Tetta Kisaki, who shot him in the left leg with a bullet.

At that time, it was not difficult for Tetta Kisaki to kill one or two people, and in fact, Chifuyu, who was sitting next to Takemichi at that time, was shot in the head and died.

Takemichi was almost killed by a bullet in the head, but Kazutora intervened and saved his life.

In the 100th-101st chapter of the 12th volume of the manga, during the battle of Christmas, we see a 1 on 1 battle between Taiju Shiba and Takemichi.

Taiju Shiba was an overwhelmingly physical monster, stronger than any of his previous opponents, and Takemichi was constantly getting punched by him.

But Takemichi, with his uncanny mental strength, managed to get one in the lower jaw of Shiba.

Thanks to Takemichi’s persistence, he was able to buy some time and eventually succeeded in defeating Shiba Taiju when Mikey appeared.

Takemichi was shooted by Kakucho in the future.

Before the “Kanto Incident” began, Takemichi went back to the future to gather information and talk to Naoto and Taiju Shiba.

But then Tokyo Manji gang sent their soldiers after him, and Takemichi and Naoto escaped from their pursuers by running through the night.

At that time, in chapter 134 of volume 15 of the manga, Takemichi was almost shot dead by Tetta Kisaki, who suddenly appeared from a back alley, and Naoto protected Takemichi.

But after that, Izana Kurokawa and Kakucho also appear, and Takemichi is fatally shot by Kakucho.

Naoto offered his hand to Takemichi just before his death, and Takemichi, who was also on the verge of death, jumped to the past in a desperate time leap.

At this point, Naoto has died in the future, so Takemichi couldn’t return to the future unless he changed the past.

In “Kanto Incident”, Kakucho is Takemichi’s opponent.

Kakucho is the first of the Four Heavenly Kings of Tenjiku, and is considered by Izana Kurokawa to be “He is the main force of Tenjiku“.

In fact, Kakucho has single-handedly defeated Angry, Seishu Inui and Chifuyu Matsuno.

Takemichi was so badly damaged that Kakucho warned him that he would die if he took any more of his attacks.

Takemichi also took a kick from Izana Kurokawa, but kept getting up, and Mikey arrived just in time to prevent him from taking any more damage.

If Mikey had arrived later, he might have been killed.

In the future after the Kanto Incident, Mikey is still in the darkness, and in chapter 202 of volume 23 of the manga, when Takemichi goes to see him, he is hit by three bullets.

The bullets hit him in the right chest, the left chest, and the stomach, and even though Takemichi has almost died many times before, this was the closest he came to death.

After this, Mikey tried to commit suicide by jumping off the roof of the building, but Takemichi grabbed his hand and rescued him.

At this point, Takemichi’s death in the future is almost confirmed, but this future can be changed by altering the past at the destination of the time leap, as he did before when he was shot by Kakucho.

In the final Arc of Tokyo Revengers, the three-way war between Kanto Manji gang, Rokuhara Tandai and Brahman, “the battle of 3 deities“, broke out.

Mikey was swallowed up by the “Dark impulsivity“, and his destructive impulse became unstoppable.

Then Mikey beat South Terano up to death, and also beat Takemichi to near-death.

At this time, however, Senju Kawaragi stopped Mikey and spared Takemichi’s life on the condition that Brahman would be disbanded.

But Takemichi still suffered a broken right arm and was seriously injured when Mikey mounted him and beat him up, leaving him unconscious in hospital for three whole days.

We’re in the final Arc of Tokyo Revengers from chapter 207, where Takemichi works hard to save Mikey from the falling darkness caused by his “Dark impulsivity“.

However, in the year 2008, when Takemichi had a time leap, Tokyo was in a state of warfare with Kanto Manji gang, Rokuhara-Tandai, and Brahman dividing the city into three groups.

It might be more dangerous than the time when Tokyo Manji gang existed.

In fact, in the 223rd chapter of Tokyo Revengers, Draken was gunned down by a member of the Rokuhara Tandai, and it seems that there is possibility that Takemichi will die.

[Tokyo Revengers] How does Takemichi Hanagaki end up in the story? Can he return to the future without death?

Whether or not Takemichi dies depends on whether or not he is able to alter the past in the time leap destination.

In other words, whether or not he is able to prevent Mikey from falling into darkness.

Takemichi has changed the past many times and saved Hinata and the other members of Tokyo Manji gang, so hopefully he can achieve a future where no one dies and Mikey doesn’t fall into darkness.

Conclusion of “[Tokyo Revengers] Takemichi Hanagaki’s death scene! Does he die in the end?”

In this article, we have explained the list of scenes where Takemichi Hanagaki has almost died so far and the final outcome.

Takemichi had many near-death experiences that would have broken a normal person’s heart, but he never gave up.

I hope that Takemichi, who has worked so hard, will not die until the end, and that he will make the world a place where everyone is happy.
